Fawn Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, website and information about your project. We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how the website is used.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you engage us for and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Storage and security
Quote requests are stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised Fawn Labs staff. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case contractual and legal retention periods apply.
Your rights
