Terms of service

These terms govern your use of fawnlabs.co.ke. Project work is governed by the specific proposal and agreement signed for each engagement.

Quotes and proposals

Prices on this website are indicative starting prices. A binding price is only established by a written proposal accepted by both parties. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed 50% on acceptance and 50% at launch. Milestone billing may apply to larger engagements.

Ownership

On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Third-party software and licences remain subject to their own terms.

Website content

Content on this website, including the Fawn Labs name, logo and mascot, belongs to Fawn Labs. Case study materials are shown with the permission of the respective clients.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Fawn Labs is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
